October offered a unique opportunity for the entire INDELEC Board of Directors to travel to Brazil and spend time with our INDELEC do Brasil team.

More than a corporate visit, these days together were about people: meeting face-to-face, listening, exchanging experiences and gaining a better understanding of the daily realities of our Brazilian subsidiary.

Together, our French and Brazilian teams explored how we can work better together, develop new processes, strengthen HQ support and create the right conditions for INDELEC do Brasil to continue its growth.

And, of course, being in Brazil also meant discovering and enjoying the country’s incredible culture, diversity and energy.

A highlight of the visit was our time in Rio de Janeiro, where the Board also met with our key Brazilian partners during the annual INDELEC do Brasil Sales Meeting.

These moments remind us that behind an international organization are first and foremost people, relationships and a shared ambition.
