We are deeply convinced that long career paths within our organization represent an opportunity rather than a burden, a guarantee of expertise and performances to maintain our Group unrivalded leadership.

Employees, who have been with us for more than 20, 30 or even 40 years, have all contributed to the growth and success of Indelec in the design and installation of lightning protection systems.

But they have also had a positive influence on the professional lives of many people in their company or department. Over the years, they have been able to evolve, take on increasingly important responsibilities and become mentors for many colleagues. Their expertise, wisdom and desire to share their knowledge have had a lasting impact on our teams. These exceptional careers are a perfect illustration of the Indelec values.

To celebrate his 40 years of exceptional career, Frédéric Chereau, Mayor of Douai, and Michel Pedercino, Mayor of Férin, awarded the médaille d’honneur du travail to Dany PILLOT in front of more than 150 employees gathered for the occasion.

Bertrand Lefort and Amaury Lefort both expressed our deep gratitude to Dany for his unwavering commitment to our company and for everything he has achieved over the past 40 years.
