Florian has combined his love of photography and meteorological phenomena into a remarkable career.
His work is more than just photography; it highlights the power of nature, and reminds us how essential it is to understand and protect ourselves from the risks associated with thunderstorms and lightning.
In July 2024, Florian was able to explore new horizons, notably in Arizona, to capture the storms of the Summer Monsoon, a type of monsoon that occurs in the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico. It corresponds to an increase in rain falls between June and July/August. This precipitation takes the form of violent, spectacular showers and thunderstorms – the Holy Grail of storm chasers!
INDELEC is honored to have supported Florian in this unique adventure, and to contribute to highlighting these phenomena through Florian’s magnificent photos.
